Business Engagement

Thrive Trafford acts as a broker of professional support for third sector organisations. This includes helping to provide free training support from business leaders and strengthening the boards of third sector organisations through private sector representation. Thrive Trafford has developed the Pro Bono Bank, which enables professionals to give their time and skills for the benefit of third sector organisations in Trafford. We are also developing a private sector mentoring programme to support those taking part in the Social Enterprise Challenge.

Thrive is continuing to support employee volunteering by building on links made with key organisations in Greater Manchester to help promote models of corporate social responsibility, development of understanding local needs and leverage of support.
