Identifying your training needs.
Individual professionals should identify their training needs and which courses are appropriate to them with their manager, based on their job roles and contact with children, young people and adults. Each level of training gives an indication of their target audiences. Training is also only effective if it impacts on people’s practice – so we ask all participants and their managers on TSCB multi agency courses to take responsibility for ensuring that they reflect on the learning from courses and implement any changes in their practice.
