Admin and Marketing Volunteer, Hideaway

Summary of the Role

Volunteers with skills and background in any of the ‘behind-the-scenes’ areas are very much appreciated. Volunteers are needed to support the team in a range of areas, including marketing, graphic design, social media management, photography and videoing. Roles can be varied and Volunteers can share their knowledge or gain experience within a range of areas. Volunteers are often given projects to work on which can be done as part of our team or independently at a suitable time.

Main Tasks

  • Provide general administration duties such as (but not limited to) filing, photocopying, data entry and typing.
  • Provide support on specific projects.
  • Work alongside team members to plan and design marketing strategies for a rage of events and projects within the Hidden Treasure Trust.
  • Assist with Social media management.
  • Share your skills or knowledge in your preferred area.Help relevant staff members with photography and videoing projects.
  • Assist with graphic design projects.
  • The ability to work alongside others or independently as required.
  • Maintain the values and ethos of the Hidden Treasure Trust.
  • To undertake training as required including a mandatory induction.
